Why didnt I see this before now? wildflower, you're an amazing level designer. Those are some extremely well detailed maps. And the textures have been used to perfection. You should add this to ModDB, i'm sure you'll get plenty of watchers.

@wildflower: I agree with leo, I can't believe this is the first time I'm seeing this. You're maps are so freaking good! It seems that everyone is better at mapping than me...maybe because I hate geometry, lol.
@CP: I just downloaded GIMP on the 7th and I've been looking at youtube tuts for it ever since. It's really good. I've been meaning to try out InkScape too, just didn't have the time...what with school and all that.

The GIMP's pretty nice for coloring and texture making, and Inkscape is more an icon kinda thing. They're both nice when used together.

-____________- I've been trying to use GIMP to make icons for my weapons... for like a week. This has been a complete waste of my time... anyways, thanks for the very much useful and appreciated piece of info there. Really, thanks....you just saved me from a month of killing myself... -____-

I have thousand things on my plate right now, but I'll have a look at ModDB sometime this week.
I'm thinking about dividing the story up in chapters, and I have the first chapter ready in a very early alpha stage, so I might throw this up somewhere if anyone's interested (it's about 120Mb btw.).
I have added a quest-log (Journal), it's basicly just a hack of menu.cfg, and althou it doesn't look like much right now, it actually works
(added a screenshot of the quest-log)

Re: RPG (don't have a name yet)
that's a nice GUI theme, except that it tiles... Do you have GIMP? (filters->map->Make Seamless)
