I'd recommend re-downloading Sandbox. (If there's any maps you've made, copy all of them and save them in a diff folder, then just paste them once you re-download SB)

If you don't wanna do that, I don't know what else to do :|

Could you tell us you specs it might help resolve this
Firstspace the attack Progress. Image
Maps= Image finishing the town of hisal map.
Models and textures Image Just started finding these.
Menus, script's and other stuff. Image

use the bat files (such as the appropriately named CLICK_ME_TO_START, or use the sandbox_unix script).
You're executing the binary file directly so it thinks ./bin/ is the working dir instead of ./
This is not a url, clicking it is pointless

You probably didn't complete the download, redownload and try again.
