Can i use the building from realm crafter on sandbox?? if so how and if not where can i get mmorpg building for free. Would make my own but im not that talent..

Make your own... Im not that talented either... But I made some "Awesome" Weapons on Google Sketch Up... All you need to do is export it to blender, then import the Model into sandbox.
