help! i cant use any key!

Hello all, i downloaded platinum atrs sandbox v2.5 and when i enter any map(new map or any other map..) i cant use any key and mouse!!
i can'm move or even use [esc], what to do?
please help me, give me advice.

are you sure you downloaded it from the homepage? maybe you got a virus by downloading it from another website? Or maybe you already have a virus? or maybe your pc is really old or with a really old version of windows

Delete your "config_fps.cfg" in your "my_stuff" folder.

Yes, but then the problem will re-occur, do what i said, esc, options, restore defaults
