Re: "Project TS" - An MMORPG.
2012 we are HOPING, but we would rather take our time and do it right, than rush and put out a half-complete game that isn't measuring up to it's full potential.
We are in the process of getting our ideas finalized, a lot of work to be done, but we aim to have all the basics down by the end of August.
Also, we had some friends check out our map (The castle one pictured on the previous page), and they liked it more than we anticipated, which Dan (Vikadin) and I are happy about. We are trying to get genius AndyLangel to help us, because he lives in our town so that would be ideal, but he is still unsure.
Anyways, thank you guys for showing interest, expect far more interesting updates in the months to come.

Hope this works, I'll give you some models and sounds when I'm done with my game.

Sounds (not music) would be cool, because we are unsure if we will have any sounds at this point. I mean, obviously we will need some, but considering most people just turn the volume down anyways it isn't our #1 concern at this point.InHumanUnit wrote:Hope this works, I'll give you some models and sounds when I'm done with my game.

What would you think if some giant company- Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc., bought Sandbox and all these games that we're making?
This is all hypothetical.

Re: "Project TS" - An MMORPG.
Well we are using Cube2 with Sandbox implementations, so it really wouldn't effect it much.chocolatepie33 wrote:What would you think if some giant company- Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc., bought Sandbox and all these games that we're making?

Plus, I don't think they could buy the games we are making, they could get sued if they took our original work I'm pretty sure.
Yeah, we couldn't release the games without paying for the engine, but they couldn't take any work we've made with it.

Hmm... yeah that'd make sense.
AndyLangel lives in your hometown? That's weird.
