Ok, so i went to the sites yall support for modules .blend ones i download it and export as .md3
What would i put in md3.cfg and how do i get skin.jpg?

to skin you need to use blender - follow this tutorial:

as for what you put in md3.cfg follow this one:

Skin.jpg is a picture file that wraps around your model to give it color (and depth for some).
You can try to use Blender's texture editor to make a skin, or you can use Tattoo3d. Our friend Gr1m uses it, and he says it's great. Tattoo lets you paint your model in real-time 3d (or so I hear).

yea tattoo is better actually :S sorry, I'm just used to blender

I don't like blender's UV texturing system. I paint one spot and it auto-paints, like, 5 others. I hate it.
