How do IO skin a Blend. Model in Blender?

I'd recommend Tattoo3d, considering it can skin models in realtime 3d. Blender has a system for that, but it's a pain in the @$$. Trust me, I'd know.

when you skin a model, that's just giving it a texture, right?
Texturing a .blend model is just like an md3 model. Try to find Dan's tutorial on exporting md3 models to help you.
