Go into your CFG{For your base], and look for the word light maps.

Thanks, i am wondering though is there a way to remove the lightmap from one map?

What do you mean? As long as you didn't place any light's in the map you should be fine. Try checking the map's art-cfg. once you've completed the map.

Or, Just go through the map, delete maps, then type in the console. My way is longer but it prevents lightmaps.

I recently found you can select multiple entities in the same way you could "extend" the editing radius, Simply right-click the entities (or models) you want to move/delete. Thats basically it. I just had to add that... Just to point it out.
