Im looking for forum staff and help for the shooters

Read topic few topics down this1, and you see i want to make a shooter. I have a few problems. First of all, i dont have a good forum team (so i can work on game, instead of moderating the forums). So im looking for ppl with expirience moderating forums, if possible all over the world. I need: 4 forum mods

I need too a few ppl that can help me making it a shooter, making chars, moddels, etc. I need: I dont know, atleast 4 of both.

And, how i can make teams in the game, Like team red, team blue.

Do you mean ask for forum mod's for your forum? It's possible.
